Prospore
Prospore is a shelf-stable, spore-based probiotic formulated to survive stomach acid, colonize the gut, and support the microbial balance that drives immune, digestive, and metabolic health. Unlike conventional probiotics that degrade before reaching the intestines, Prospore's Bacillus spores remain dormant until they reach the lower GI tract — where they activate, crowd out opportunistic microbes, and help re-seed a diverse, resilient microbiome.
A shelf-stable spore-based probiotic that survives stomach acid to deliver beneficial Bacillus strains directly to the gut, supporting microbiome diversity, immune balance, and digestive comfort.
Helps re-seed beneficial bacteria and crowd out pathogenic strains, promoting a balanced gut ecosystem.
Supports tight junction integrity, helping reduce intestinal permeability and modulate immune tone.
Spore-form structure protects the probiotic through gastric acid and bile, delivering live cultures directly to the intestines.

What is Prospore?
Prospore is a shelf-stable, spore-based probiotic formulated to survive stomach acid, colonize the gut, and support the microbial balance that drives immune, digestive, and metabolic health. Unlike conventional probiotics that degrade before reaching the intestines, Prospore's Bacillus spores remain dormant until they reach the lower GI tract — where they activate, crowd out opportunistic microbes, and help re-seed a diverse, resilient microbiome.
Prospore combines clinically studied Bacillus spore strains — including B. subtilis, B. coagulans, and B. clausii — selected for their ability to withstand heat, acid, and bile. Spore-forming probiotics are naturally found in soil and fermented foods, and have been part of the human diet for millennia. Research suggests they play a unique role in modulating the immune system, producing short-chain fatty acids, and supporting the growth of beneficial native bacteria.
The intestinal lining is the body's largest immune interface. Research on Bacillus spores shows they can support the integrity of this barrier, reducing the translocation of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) — a bacterial endotoxin linked to systemic low-grade inflammation. By helping maintain a healthy barrier, Prospore supports both local digestive comfort and whole-body immune regulation.
A diverse microbiome produces short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) like butyrate, which fuel colon cells and signal anti-inflammatory pathways throughout the body. Spore probiotics have been shown in clinical studies to increase SCFA-producing commensal bacteria, supporting metabolic health, mood, and energy alongside digestion.
Prospore is third-party tested for potency and purity, with guaranteed CFU counts through expiration. Each capsule delivers a clinically relevant dose of spore-forming strains, with no refrigeration required.
